Landscape BIM Modeler / Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Landscape BIM Modeler / Architect with at least 2 years of experience in landscape design and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and the ability to create accurate 3D BIM models, terrain coordination, and detailed landscape documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for landscape and site works using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate terrain, grading, softscape, hardscape, and outdoor furniture layouts with architectural and structural teams.
• Prepare construction drawings, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and presentation models.
• Support clash detection, coordination, and integration with MEP, civil, and architectural BIM teams.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with senior architects, landscape designers, and project managers for design development.
• Maintain BIM libraries for landscape elements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 2 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Architect in landscape projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion/Enscape/SketchUp is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of landscape design, grading, planting, and outdoor coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD levels, and project workflows.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
