Landscape Build Team Member

Join Scot Eckley Inc., a family-oriented company celebrated for crafting award-winning residential gardens. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time experienced Landscape Build Team Member. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including precision hardscapes with stone, steel, concrete, and wood, as well as irrigation, drainage, and plantings. Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of various landscape projects, including hardscapes and plantings (this is not landscape maintenance).
• Adhere to all safety rules and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting weights in excess of 80 lbs., bending, crouching, twisting, and standing/walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape construction of at least 2 years.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Reliability, dependability, and punctuality to ensure smooth operations.
• Valid WA drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.

Compensation

We offer competitive pay ranging from $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
