Must Haves:

• Ability to improve profit margins.
• Ability to develop metrics and processes to streamline operational efficiency.
• Ability to read and understand contracts.
• Technology oriented in pertinent landscape software.
• Remain calm while resolving heated situations.
• Understand our employees are our greatest asset.
• Come up with a game plan to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ability to hire a skilled team when necessary.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of all that goes into landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape construction.
• Must be organized.

Will report directly to President/Founder. Will receive company truck, phone, and computer.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
