Maxwell Landscape Construction is a high-end outdoor construction firm serving discerning homeowners, architects, and custom builders throughout Atlanta.

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, structured follow-up, and frontline client engagement.

This is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role. You will manage leads, meet clients in person, and close profitable work.

Primary Objective

Generate $1,000,000–$1,500,000+ in new annual revenue by managing the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract.

What You Will Own

Manage all inbound website and marketing leads
Prospect and generate outbound opportunities
Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline (minimum 3x annual target)
Conduct in-home consultations and on-site client meetings
Execute structured follow-up and long-cycle nurture campaigns
Develop referral relationships with architects, builders, and designers
Present proposals and drive opportunities to signed contract
Deliver weekly pipeline reporting and accurate forecasting
Maintain strict CRM documentation standards
Coordinate clean handoffs to estimating and operations

You will be responsible for both pipeline management and face-to-face selling. Success requires strength in both.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in construction or high-value project sales
Proven success closing six-figure projects
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations
Professional presence with affluent homeowners
Ability to read plans and communicate effectively with architects and builders
Highly organized, self-managed, and accountable

We are not seeking a field installer transitioning into sales.
We are seeking a disciplined sales professional who can manage a pipeline and close work.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Targeted Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+

Base Salary: $50,000
Commission: 5% of collected revenue on qualified sales
