Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Landscape Construction
Coordinator to support our growing construction division. This role is critical to
maintaining operational efficiency by coordinating field production, scheduling
crews, organizing project logistics, and supporting daily construction operations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of landscape construction
practices, crew logistics, and office organization, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
● Coordinate and maintain schedules for 4–5 landscape installation crews
● Work closely with Construction Manager and Operations leadership to
optimize crew efficiency, routing, and job sequencing
● Prepare and distribute daily and weekly production schedules
● Ensure all jobs are properly set up with materials, equipment, labor hours,
and job notes prior to execution
● Track project progress and communicate updates between field and office
teams
● Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, inspections, and vendor scheduling as
needed
● Assist with job start-up preparation and project closeout coordination
Payroll & Administrative Oversight
● Review and approve crew time entries for accuracy and proper job costing
● Process and submit payroll information in coordination with accounting
● Maintain organized job files, contracts, permits, change orders, and project
documentation
● Support job costing efforts by tracking labor hours, materials, and
production performance
● Assist with billing documentation and administrative support for completed
work
Communication & Team Support
● Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and field teams
● Communicate project expectations clearly to crews and leadership
● Provide real-time problem solving related to scheduling, materials,
equipment, and field issues
● Support operational improvements and workflow organization within the
construction department
● Maintain professionalism and strong customer service when interacting with
clients and vendors
Qualifications
● 1+ years of experience in landscape construction coordination,
administration, or project support
● Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and
production processes
● Experience working with landscape management software such as LMN,
Aspire, or similar systems preferred
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
● Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
