Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Turf Pro Landscape Design is currently seeking a Landscape Crew Leader. The Crew Leader will be responsible for the safety and efficiency of a 2-3 member crew, daily site-level tasks, and management of the job site. This is a leadership AND manual labor position.

The Crew Leader is self-motivated, reliable, responsible and ensures each job is completed to the high standards set by Turf Pro. Training/mentoring will be provided, however candidates should have experience pulling a trailer and running equipment (skid steer).

Rquirements:

• Valid Drivers License with good driving record and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment, including skid steer, excavator, etc.
• Ability to handle the physicality of our work: all weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), long hours (50 avg. per wk) and occasional weekend hours.
• Leadership skills and experience
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Effective communication and positive attitude

Pay Rate is depends on experience. Full-Time position commences after a 2-4 week trial period.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
