Landscape Construction Crew Member

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating outdoor spaces and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, softscaping, and site preparation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare job sites for construction activities, including excavation, grading, and site cleanup.
• Assist in the installation of various landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and fire pits.
• Assist in the installation of irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and drainage systems.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in landscape construction, including power saws, drills, and other hand tools.
• Plant trees/shrubs, install bark/rock, and perform other softscaping tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction or related field.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
• Experience with basic carpentry and masonry skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
