Landscape Construction Crew Member

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and custom stonework using power tools and hand tools.
• Support planting and landscape bed preparation by digging, grading, and soil amendment.
• Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of landscape designs.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met during each phase of construction.
• Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks including stucco, plastering, and masonry wall building.
• Support the installation of water features, drainage systems, irrigation components, and other landscape elements requiring plumbing or electrical experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site by handling materials efficiently and adhering to safety protocols.

Recommended Experience

• Prior experience in Hardscaping Patio Work
• Masonry Experience
• Concrete Experience preferred
• Planting Installation Experience
• Valid Driver's License required
• Trailer Experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
