Nature’s Care Orlando, LLC, a rapidly growing full-service commercial landscape company, is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field operations, supervise crews, and ensure all construction projects are delivered with exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in building beautiful outdoor environments and can confidently manage people, schedules, and materials.

The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for daily leadership of our construction crew, coordinating project activities, securing materials, and ensuring all work meets company standards. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and Operations leadership to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate landscape construction crews on commercial job sites.
• Assist in planning and executing daily project tasks based on scope, layout, and timelines.
• Coordinate material needs: locate vendors, arrange deliveries, and ensure correct quantities are available on site.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation, installation techniques, jobsite safety, and company standards.
• Ensure all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and Nature’s Care quality expectations.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections to maintain safety and productivity.
• Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, compaction equipment, and power tools.
• Communicate regularly with Project Manager and office staff about progress, delays, or material shortages.
• Track job hours, maintain crew timesheets, and support job costing accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Represent Nature’s Care with professionalism in all client and vendor interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape or hardscape construction experience; previous foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape installation, irrigation basics, grading, sod installation, planting, and hardscape construction.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members of varying experience levels.
• Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and visualize layouts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving record; ability to safely operate company trucks and trailers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions (heat, rain, humidity).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
