Landscape Construction Foreman

Job Summary
Join our team as a Landscape Construction Foreman, where you will lead and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. Your leadership will ensure each project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

  • Supervise daily landscape construction activities, including grading, planting, paving, irrigation installation, and tree care.
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials procurement, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work quality is maintained at all times.
  • Oversee site preparation, maintenance tasks, lawn care, gardening, and horticultural practices to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
  • Inspect work sites regularly for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in landscape construction and horticulture tasks.

Skills

  • Proven experience in supervising landscape construction projects with a strong background in landscaping and land maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques including Pavers, segmental walls, natural stone, gardening, irrigation systems, low voltage lighting and tree care.
  • Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as paving, fencing, and hardscaping.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of horticulture principles and garden management practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills for planning workflows, managing supplies, and maintaining safety standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
