Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, patio installations, retaining walls, and other hardscape installations
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines
• Oversee the installation of trees, lawns, gardens, and other landscaping features with precision and attention to detail
• Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and material deliveries to keep projects on track
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction to ensure high standards are met
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project scope and address any issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising landscaping or construction crews in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture projects
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening practices
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction tools and equipment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with plant health care, soil management, and sustainable landscaping practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans accurately

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
