Job description
Our growing Northeast Ohio Landscaping company is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman. This individual should know retaining walls, decks, fire pits, patios, outdoor sitting areas and other hardscape as well as softscape work.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Landscaping softscapes
- Hardscaping construction ( 10+ Yrs Experience)
Must-Have the following Requirements:
- 10+ years of landscaping experience REQUIRED ( Hardscape Work)
- Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team
- Self-motivated
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime
- Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with customer service and engagement
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check (No felonies)
- Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
- Experience with landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk behind, bed edger, zero turn mowers, etc.)
- Experience with hardscaping installation/repair (patios, decks, pergolas, outdoor lighting, walkways, etc.)
- Experience leading a crew of 2-4 crew members.
Additional Requirements
- Experience Lawn Maintenance, Softscape and enhancements, Trimming, Mowing
- Experience Snow Removal and Plowing, using machinery for snow removal (i.e a skid steer, loader, etc)

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday Some weekends possible
