Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish. In this role, you will supervise crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality workmanship on all landscape construction projects. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety standards and project timelines.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and quality craftsmanship
• Oversee all aspects of landscape installation including grading, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, equipment operation
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently on-site to create a secure working environment
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to meet project specifications and deadlines
• Manage equipment, materials, and supplies to optimize productivity and minimize waste
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to uphold company standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster skill development and teamwork

Skills

• Proven experience in landscaping, construction, and horticulture with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and tree care techniques
• Skilled in irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams effectively
• Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans accurately
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
