Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated and dependable Landscape Construction Laborers to join our growing team. You’ll work on premium residential projects throughout Washington County, assisting with all phases of landscape installation — from grading and rockwork to plant installation, hardscape prep, and final detailing.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, teamwork, and a desire to learn and take pride in the finished product.

Responsibilities

• Assist in landscape installation, grading, planting, and cleanup
• Help with paver, turf, and rock installation
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support site preparation, trenching, and irrigation layout
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Work closely with team leaders to ensure high-quality results on every job

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person
• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor trades is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
