Landscape Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor construction projects. This role involves hands-on work in landscape and hardscape installation, requiring physical stamina and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Prior knowledge of blueprint reading, masonry, and other construction skills is highly desirable to support our diverse project needs.

Duties

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation including planting, paving, and retaining wall construction
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently
• Install features such as fencing, Turf Installation, or drainage systems in accordance with project specifications
• Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project
• Assist with demolition, restoration, or remodeling work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction site work or landscape projects preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Experience with concrete finishing, masonry,
• ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to safety protocols are essential
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
