Landscape Construction Laborer

We build high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients, focusing on hardscapes, drainage systems, retaining walls, tree work, excavation, and other specialty projects. Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Landscape Construction Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on role involving physical outdoor work in all weather conditions. You will work alongside experienced team members and have the opportunity to learn new skills in hardscape installation, excavation, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Perform excavation and grading tasks under supervision
• Install and repair drainage systems
• Assist with tree removal, planting, and related work
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors
• Operate basic hand tools and, when trained, power equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites or our shop
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team and follow safety procedures

Schedule:

• Full-time / Part-Time
• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• Typical workday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary by project)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
