Hardscape / Landscape Construction Laborer – Full-Time Position

Location: Murray, UT

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscape / Construction Laborer to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Hardscape / Landscape Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of landscape construction projects, including hardscaping installations and concrete work. This position requires hands-on experience with hardscape materials and concrete construction, including rebar installation, forming, pouring, and finishing.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, collaborating with a crew, and building lasting landscape features from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other landscape construction elements.
• Perform concrete-related tasks including site preparation, forming, rebar installation, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from supervisors.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment related to landscape and hardscape work.
• Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, compacting, and setting base materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hardscaping, landscape construction, and concrete work required.
• Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing required.
• Familiarity with hardscape materials, tools, and installation methods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working on uneven terrain.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
