Landscape Construction Laborer / Crew Member

Huddy Landscape Services is hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our Landscape Construction Team on Kauaʻi.

We are looking for hardworking team players who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a strong, supportive crew. This is not just basic yard maintenance — this is hands-on landscape construction including hardscape installation, planting, irrigation, and site development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction projects
• Install pavers, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features
• Perform planting and irrigation installation
• Prepare job sites and move materials
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow direction from crew leaders
• Represent the company professionally on job sites

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Construction or landscaping experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, take pride in their work, and contribute positively to the crew.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
