Landscape Construction Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Lead to join our team. As a Landscape Construction Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction of landscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls

- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Supervise and train junior team members

- Ability to install new landscaping and plants
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- 2 years previous experience in hardscape installations preferred
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements or a horticulture background a plus
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steer
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a team
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
