Landscape Construction Project Manager

Warner Stone LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale landscape construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of landscape construction projects, including estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including product selections, pricing and project timelines.
• Has the experience, knowledge and confidence to work on projects from $50,000 to multi-million dollar residential landscapes.
• Monitor project progress regularly, troubleshoot issues proactively, and adjust plans as needed to maintain momentum.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets high standards for horticulture, landscaping, and construction quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, change orders, invoicing and client communications.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager, other Project Manager and Owner to review projects, schedule and budgets

Experience

• Proven management experience in landscape construction or related fields.
• Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor environments including hardscape installation and site preparation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools, small and large heavy equipment, and safety standards is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
