Landscape Construction Project Manager

If you’re a Project Manager who thrives on organization, coordination, and getting projects fully dialed before they hit the field—this role is built for you.

This is a detail-driven PM role focused on contracts, submittals, procurement, and project setup, with field involvement for coordination—not daily crew management.

This role ensures that projects are fully prepared, clearly documented, and aligned before and during execution, working closely with estimating, operations, and clients.

  • Manage and price change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval
  • Support billing processes, including schedule of values (SOV) and invoicing
  • Maintain organized and accurate project files across all active projects

Field Coordination & Oversight

  • Attend weekly coordination meetings (virtual and onsite as needed)
  • Conduct periodic site visits to verify work aligns with plans, scope, and quality expectations
  • Identify issues early and coordinate with Operations Manager and field teams to resolve
  • Ensure field execution reflects approved plans, submittals, and project intent

  • Project Manager: owns project setup, coordination, documentation, and financial tracking

  • Experience working with general contractors and project teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
