Project Manager – Hardscape Design & Construction

Collins Landscaping is a family-owned company specializing in high-quality hardscape design and construction. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with hands-on industry experience and a commitment to excellence.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of hardscape construction projects — ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires daily collaboration with clients, crew leaders, vendors, and company leadership to deliver exceptional results and uphold Collins Landscaping’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple landscape and hardscape construction projects simultaneously
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, labor, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications
• Track project progress, costs, and timelines
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to crew members

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in landscape or hardscape construction
• Strong understanding of paver, retaining wall, and outdoor living space construction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret design plans and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Proficient in project tracking and scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience

• Time and a half after 40 hours
