Landscape Construction Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
• Plan and organize daily work schedules, assigning tasks based on project priorities and team strengths
• Oversee installation of hardscape features, planting, irrigation systems, and other landscape elements with precision and attention to detail
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Enforce safety protocols across all job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising landscape construction projects with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and materials
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general construction practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with equipment operation related to landscaping and construction tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and executing projects
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to prioritize safety at all times by enforcing safety standards and conducting regular site inspections

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
