Landscape + Construction Team Members/Foreman (Year-Round Work)

Our North Shore based landscape construction company is growing and looking to add motivated, reliable team members to our landscape construction and maintenance crews, including experienced foremen who can lead a team and take pride in their work.

Positions Available

• Landscape Construction Crew Members
• Landscape Maintenance Crew Members
• Landscape Foreman / Crew Leaders

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape construction and maintenance work
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Foreman candidates must be able to lead a crew, manage job sites, and ensure quality work is completed on schedule

Requirements

• Landscape or construction experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Leadership experience preferred for foreman positions
• Hydraulics license is a plus but not required
