Summary

As a Maintenance Crew Leader at Linc's INC, you will oversee a team of landscaping professionals to deliver high-quality landscape installation services. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects.
• Ensure the proper care of plants, trees, and lawns to maintain health and aesthetics.
• Train team members on best practices for landscaping techniques and equipment use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment to ensure availability for projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance. (mowing, pruning, mulching, turf treatments)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (May have up to 1 minor traffic violation in the past 5 years)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and horticulture practices.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
