Do you take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces and leading a team toward excellence? Heroes Lawn Care of Cedar Park is seeking a Landscape Crew Lead to supervise our dedicated team and help deliver outstanding results for our clients in Cedar Park, Leander, and the surrounding North Austin area.

As a Landscape Crew Lead, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, train and mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $56,000 annually, along with opportunities to grow within a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and service to the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the landscape crew
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Assign and coordinate crew schedules to ensure efficient project completion
• Inspect work quality across multiple service lines to maintain top standards and client satisfaction
• Track tools, equipment, and materials, reporting maintenance or replacement needs
• Interact with customers and manage customer's expectations
• Identify opportunities on job sites, prepare and present landscaping estimates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or related trades
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise and motivate crews
• Knowledge of landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and lawn care practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Driven, with a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (required)
• Experience with procuring labor is a plus
• Experience with masonry, carpentry, concrete, drainage, knowledge of plants is a plus
• Having a personal vehicle and/or equipment is a plus

• Leveling and regrading - correct drainage issues, improve yard usability, and create a smooth, even landscape. Their process includes reshaping the terrain, adjusting elevations around foundations, and establishing proper slope to direct water away from structures and prevent erosion. Using quality soil, precise grading techniques, and compaction, they deliver a stable, well-drained surface ready for sod, turf, or other landscape installations.
• Irrigation – permitting, installation, inspection, diagnostics, backflow testing, repairs, maintenance, revamps, zone additions, and redesigns
• Lawn care – yard clean-ups, fertilization, weed control, treatment of lawn disease, insect and mosquito control, soil amendments, and more
• Drainage solutions – yard drains, French drains, channel drains, gutter extensions, and catch basins.
