We specialize in lawn care, landscape installs, irrigation, hardscape, and property improvement projects. We are building a strong team and looking for the right person to step into a leadership role as we continue to grow.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Landscape Crew Lead (Install & Maintenance) who can take ownership of job sites, lead a small crew, and execute projects from start to finish.
This is a working leadership role, you will be in the field daily, leading by example, while also organizing work, managing crew members, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires someone who can both lead a crew and operate independently when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a small crew on landscaping and maintenance jobs
• Execute installs (rock, mulch, sod, plants, irrigation, light hardscape and landscape projects)
• Run maintenance routes when needed (mowing, trimming, cleanups)
• Read job scopes and ensure work is completed correctly
• Maintain job pace, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate with owner when needed forjob updates
• Take pride in producing clean, professional work
• Run smaller jobs independently when needed (installs, irrigation work, repairs), taking full ownership from start to finish

• Experience in landscaping, installs, or construction (required)
• Ability to lead others and keep a crew on task
• Strong work ethic — shows up, works hard, gets the job done
• Problem solver who can think ahead on job sites
• Comfortable running jobs without constant supervision
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Compensation & Growth

• $24–$32/hour depending on experience
• Consistent full-time work (40–50 hours/week during season)
• Opportunity to grow into a foreman/lead role as the company expands
• Performance-based raises

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
