We are a family-owned lawn care company, operated by a father-and-son team with over 45 years of combined experience. Since 2017, we have been committed to providing reliability, quality, and peace of mind to our customers. We currently operate 3 trucks and are expanding operations, with plans to grow into Wesley Chapel in 2027. What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work outdoors in the Florida heat for extended periods
• Previous lawn care experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a required
• Physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk frequently

What We Offer:

• $18/hr base pay while training.
• $20/hr base pay once “Crew Lead Ready” (able to drive a truck/trailer and run a route).
• Pay-for-Performance Bonus based on efficiency. (Our Top Performers Earn $24 - $28/hr)
• 7 days of PTO (begin accruing after 30 days).
• Paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day After, and Christmas Day).
• 1 paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s (24 hours paid at your hourly rate).

What You’ll Do:

• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and flower bed maintenance (1 - 3 Days a week)
• Projects: Mulch, Rock & Sod installations. Flowerbed cleanups & upgrades
• Small Landscape Enhancements
• Initial Property Mows
• Assist in keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized

Job Type:

• Full-time (30+ hours per week during the season)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently arrive on time
• 2+ Years Preferred Experience
• Drive Truck And Trailer (Reverse Included)
