Landscape Crew lead/ Member

Duties

• Assist in landscape tasks such as install plants, trees, retaining walls, xerisapes ect..
• Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, tree trimming, planting and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, installing hardscape features
• Contribute to the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and report any issues promptly

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators, skidsteers or other machinery is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care and plant health is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills along with a positive attitude toward learning new techniques

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
