The Role As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will be the face of the Diversified Team on the job site. You will lead a crew of technicians to complete residential and commercial projects safely, efficiently, and with the high attention to detail our customers expect.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by Example: Supervise and work alongside a crew to complete mowing, landscape installation, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work for neatness and accuracy before leaving a site to ensure we meet our high standards every time.
• Communicate: Serve as a point of contact for clients on-site, providing professional guidance and ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Maintain: Oversee equipment care and inventory to ensure tools are ready and safe for daily use.
• Train: Support team members in learning proper horticulture practices and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of previous landscaping and/or lawn care experience is required.
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to effectively coordinate with our diverse team and client base.
• Reliability: A valid Driver’s License is required to operate company vehicles.
• Leadership: Proven ability to motivate a team and manage a daily schedule.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Central Kentucky horticulture, mowing techniques, and equipment maintenance.
• Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
