Landscape Crew Leader / Maintenance Team Member
Location: Loganville, GA

Gwinnett Lawn Care & Landscaping is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing company. We are looking for both Crew Leaders and Crew Members who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors.

What You’ll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns to a professional standard
• Prune trees and shrubs; assist with tree care and seasonal plantings
• Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, sprayers, and hand tools
• Remove debris and maintain clean, safe properties
• Apply herbicides as needed
• Monitor plant health and report issues
• Maintain and clean equipment

Crew Leaders will also:

• Supervise and train crew members
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Communicate with customers and Operations Manager
• Maintain service quality standards

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License (required)
• Insurable driving record
• English/Spanish speaking preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from our dispatch office
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
