Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Crew Leader (Enhancement/Install) to guide our enhancement and installation projects. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled landscape professionals, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive successful project execution from start to finish, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members during enhancement and installation projects
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, pruning, cleanups, installations (plant/sod/drainage/patio/hardscapes) and lawn care
• Assist with construction tasks such as soil preparation, grading, and installing hardscape features
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure project goals are met
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials needed for projects to maximize efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, land maintenance, or related fields with a focus on enhancement or installation projects
• Supervising or leadership experience in a landscape or construction setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Knowledge of construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
