Good Natured Gardening is hiring a Crew Leader, Maintenance to lead a landscape maintenance crew, drive the company truck safely between properties, and make sure work is completed to a high standard every day.

This role is more fine gardening focused than basic mow-and-blow work. We’re looking for someone with strong plant knowledge, solid pruning skills, and an eye for detail who can lead by example, protect quality, and communicate well in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape maintenance crew each day
• Drive the company truck and trailer safely between job sites
• Perform and oversee detailed garden maintenance, including pruning, plant care, bed care, trimming, cleanup, and overall property presentation
• Identify plant issues and maintain quality standards across ornamental landscapes
• Keep the crew on pace and focused on safety, quality, and detail
• Check that equipment is loaded, fueled, and job-ready
• Report route issues, damage, and client concerns quickly
• Help train and support crew members
• Keep daily notes, time, and job updates current

Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience required
• Fine gardening, horticulture, or ornamental plant care experience strongly preferred
• Strong plant knowledge and pruning skills required
• Crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• LMN experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
