Full-Time | San Antonio Area | $180/Day

We are hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to lead daily landscaping operations throughout the San Antonio area. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can confidently lead a crew, and has experience driving a truck and trailer safely and professionally.

We’re looking for a dependable leader who can keep jobs running efficiently, maintain high standards, and help our team continue delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
• Safely operate company truck and trailer to transport crew, tools, and equipment
• Complete landscaping projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform hands-on landscaping work including:
• Lawn and landscape maintenance
• Mulching and planting
• Irrigation repairs and installs
• General landscape labor
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Maintain equipment and promote safe work practices
• Handle job site problem-solving independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
• Experience driving trucks with trailers required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
