Landscape Management Services – Now Hiring

We are currently looking for experienced Landscape Crew Leaders and Drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for leading a crew, operating landscaping equipment, and safely driving company trucks and trailers to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job assignments
• Load and transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Operate landscaping equipment such as:
• Push mowers
• Stand-on mowers
• String trimmers
• Edgers
• Blowers
• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-ups
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress and issues
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working condition

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year landscaping experience preferred
• Experience leading a crew is a plus
• Experience driving truck and trailer
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for drivers)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
