This opportunity entails working with and leading crews to master our business procedures. We are a tight-knit, smaller landscape operation that has been stable and successful for over 35 years. • ​Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $27.50+ per hour (Starting).
• ​Annual Salary: $49,920 – $57,200+ per year (based on a 40-hour week).

​Who You Are

• ​Experience: 2+ years in landscape maintenance (2 seasons preferred).
• ​Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• ​Work Ethic: Driven to complete the work and ensure company success each and every week, furthering your own growth and reward.
• ​Skills: Crew management, able to follow systems, pruning, plant care, landscape projects, and light mechanical skills.
• ​Mindset: You solve problems, pay attention to detail, and create new systems when necessary. You consider landscaping a career.
• ​Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and ideally living near or within a reasonable travel distance to the shop in the Newcastle / Renton area.
