Landscape Teams Supervisor & Landscape Crew Leader/Driver

We are in need of a Landscape Supervisor / Landscape Crew Leader and have immediate job openings for a dedicated, and qualified full-time position. We are located in Queen Creek/Gilbert area and service valley wide.

***MUST HAVE previous experience as a landscape crew driver or lead, job requires knowing how to fix irrigation leaks, drive a work truck with trailer safely, and organize a crew to do daily tasks-

We offer premium landscape services for residential and commercial properties. There is a lot of opportunity to grow with our company. Motivated laborers will be promoted to crew leaders/supervisors.

Position will entail the following:

• Driving and organizing the crew to accomplish daily tasks and routes.
• Working directly with our office staff for scheduling, estimates, and quality control
• Helping crews complete routes
• Performing one man jobs such as irrigation tech work, irrigation repairs, sprinklers, spraying chemical, etc.
• Assisting in managing our commercial properties and that all items are being completed correct and fully
• Possibility of working on the installation part of our business delivering material, setting up job sites, meeting with customers, etc.
• Working directly with the company owners on company growth, hiring, scheduling, project coordination, project estimates, and much more
• Must be able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• Must be extremely organized and punctual
• Willing to help the company grow and grow as an individual within our company

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Valid US driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet
• Must be able to work outside during summertime
• Must have strong leadership skills and willingness to learn
• Must have strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Ability to use and operate machinery such as mowers, hedgers, blowers, chain saws, etc.
• Respectful, dedicated, and willing to learn
• Present and Punctual
• Spray/spread fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and treat bushes, shrubs, trees, etc.
• Care for lawns, mow, edge, aerate, and run equipment on a daily basis
• Manage the daily crew of working responsibilities and job tasks
• Manage customers and jobs to get work done in a timely manner
• Train crew members to grow and work efficiently
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and safety procedures
• Know plant and tree care to make accurate recommendations to customers
• Work in collaboration with supervisors and office managers to maintain good communication with each other and our customers
• Manage and keep track of inventory at the yard and in your work truck

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
