Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position involves working outdoors to install and maintain landscapes for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of softscape and hardscape elements (e.g., plants, sod, mulch)
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding as needed
• Operate landscaping equipment including stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and miscellaneous hand tools
• Follow instructions from the crew leader to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment for daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, preferably with commercial experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to weather elements
• Flexible schedule; may require early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak seasons based on the weather

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
