Job Summary

NatureWorks Landscape is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This role involves performing various landscape maintenance and installation tasks to ensure the beautiful and healthy appearance of our clients' properties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and blowing.
  • Assist with the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant materials.
  • Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain planting beds, including soil amendment and fertilization.
  • Load and unload landscape materials and equipment from company vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with snow removal and de-icing operations during winter months, as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Position Range:

$19/HR - $24/HR
