Landscape Crew Member

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and property maintenance tasks to ensure our clients’ properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and able to work well with a team in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds and shrubs
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Assist with hardscape projects when needed
• Perform snow removal and shoveling during winter season (if applicable)
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide professional and courteous service at client properties

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop/job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Work Schedule

• Typical hours: [e.g., Monday–saturday , 7:00 AM–6 PM]
