Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our landscaping team as Crew Members. This position involves hands-on work in the construction and installation of landscape projects — note: we do not provide lawn mowing services. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality results, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Move and install soil, mulch, gravel, and plant materials
• Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate power tools and equipment, including loaders, compactors, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, sod cutters, and blowers
• Assist in the construction of hardscapes and softscapes such as patios, retaining walls, edging, and planting beds
• Complete seasonal cleanups, mulching, and plant/tree installations
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools, equipment, and vehicles

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape construction is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
