Landscape Crew Member

Overview

Join Gamache Landscaping’s installation team and help transform outdoor spaces into functional, well-built landscapes. This role offers the opportunity to apply and develop hands-on skills in landscape construction, planting, and property enhancement. Ideal for motivated individuals with installation experience who enjoy building projects from the ground up and seeing the finished result at the end of the day.

Duties

• Install trees, shrubs, and landscape beds with proper planting techniques
• Perform mulching, grading, edging, and garden preparation
• Assist with stone work and small hardscape projects
• Operate small equipment including skid steers and mini excavators
• Support seasonal spring and fall cleanups
• Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
• Assist with winter snow operations as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with landscape installations preferred
• Familiarity with planting practices and basic gardening a plus
• Ability to operate small equipment & tools safely
• Strong physical stamina and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
