Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like edging, weeding, and soil preparation.
• Support landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios or walkways, planting beds, and irrigation systems.
• Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows when necessary for site preparation or seasonal cleanup.
• Perform routine lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and seasonal snow plowing to maintain client properties year-round.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with general maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance on all jobsites.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Experience or interest in , landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is necessary.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, , hardscape installation, install Sod/ artificial turf, and general construction practices is advantageous.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position includes tasks such as weed whacking, edging, blowing, and general landscape maintenance, along with occasional mowing using zero-turn mowers. You will also be responsible for driving a truck and pulling a trailer to and from job sites, so safe driving and attention to detail are essential.
