What You’ll Be Doing

As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team responsible for transforming and maintaining residential & commercial properties.

Typical tasks include:

• Spring & fall cleanups (removing leaves, debris, and buildup)
• Bed edging and redefining landscape lines
• Pruning shrubs, cutting back perennials, and detail work
• Mulch installation and bed preparation
• Weeding and general landscape maintenance
• Blowing off driveways, walkways, and patios for a clean finish
• Assisting with small landscape projects and plant install

Work Environment

• Outdoor, hands-on work in various weather conditions

Schedule

• Typical start time: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
• Hours vary based on workload and weather
• Rain days = no work (or adjusted schedule)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
