Landscape Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. This position requires a passion for working outdoors, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. You will be involved in various tasks related to landscape maintenance, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality.

Duties

• Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Dig and prepare soil for planting and irrigation systems
• Install sod, irrigation systems, water features, etc.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Irrigate landscapes to ensure proper hydration of plants and lawns
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care and tree trimming
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
