Landscape Crew Member and Crew Leaders

Landscape Labor: 2 year experience in commercial and residential maintenance preferred but not mandatory willing to train motivated individuals, have valid MA drivers license with clean driving record and updated Dot medical card, reliable transportation, pass random drug test, team player, hard working and be able to work in variety of weather condition's, work long hours when need and mandatory Saturdays when needed, dependable and trustworthy, have experience running commercial mowers, line trimming, pruning, spring and fall cleanups, laying mulch, weeding, be able to pull trailer and back up trailer , following company rules and policies, keep a professional appearance and demeanor. Pesticide License a plus with knowledge in lawn fertilization.

Landscape Forman: All of the above plus: Have at least 4 years experience, Be able to multi task, Be able to run a crew of 1-4 labors, be able to interact with customers in a professional manner, be able to fill out end of day reports, be responsible for equipment, Be able to pull trailer and backup trailer with no problem, be in good physical condition, have a passion for the landscape field.

Pay based on experience all new hires are subject to a 30 day probation period to make sure they are capable of everything on the job description as well as on being reliable, good attitude etc.
