W.T. Henckel Lawn and Landscape is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members and Crew Leaders. We are looking for candidates with varying levels of experience—from skilled laborers to experienced leaders—who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care and landscaping services, including:
• Mowing, trimming, edging
• Weed control and bed maintenance
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Assist with landscape installation projects:
• Planting, mulching, and lawn/sod installation
• Operate landscaping equipment (commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain equipment and report repair needs
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards

For Crew Leaders / Experienced Candidates:

• Lead and supervise crews on job sites
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Operate trucks and trailers safely
• Assist with project coordination and production

Requirements

• 2+ years of landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving trucks with trailers
• Prior experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
• Experience in landscape construction or installation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must speak some English
