Landscape Crew Member / Driver

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Member / Driver to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, sod, mulch, rock installation, irrigation, and drainage systems. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable performing physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions.

Pay: $140–$200 per day based on experience.

A valid FL driver’s license is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the foreman with all tasks necessary to complete landscape installation projects
• Installing and maintaining irrigation and drainage systems
• Installing sod, mulch, rock, plants, and hardscape features
• Operating equipment such as skid steers and other landscaping machinery
• Driving dump trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at job sites, company vehicles, and the shop
• Supporting the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape and/or irrigation installation required
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery preferred
• Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $140.00 - $200.00 per day

Work Location: In person
