Landscape Crew Member / Driver (CDL = Higher Pay)

We’re a family-owned landscape company with over 50 years in business, serving high-end residential properties in Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and surrounding areas.

We take pride in our work, our reputation, and the way we run our crews. This is steady, consistent work with a solid team.

Important: We meet every morning at our yard in Novi, and crews head out from there in company trucks around 7:00 AM.

(This is not a “meet at the job site” position.)

What we’re looking for:

• Someone reliable who shows up and is ready to work
• Comfortable working full days outdoors
• Takes pride in doing clean, quality work
• Works well as part of a tea

What you’ll be doing:

• Lawn maintenance, trimming, and cleanups
• Driving company trucks to and from job sites
• Working alongside an experienced, no-drama crew

Pay (based on experience and role):

• Driver / Crew Member: $22–$25/hour
• CDL Driver (Class A or B): $25–$28/hour

Pay: $22.00 - $28.50 per hour
