Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Crew Member specializing in Enhancement and Installation projects. In this role, you will actively participate in transforming outdoor spaces by installing new landscapes, performing maintenance, and supporting various landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create beautiful, functional environments for our clients.

Duties

• Assist with landscape enhancement projects: including planting, mulching, shrub trimming, property clean ups, sod and plant installation, drainage and patio/hardscapes installation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and trimmers to complete tasks efficiently
• Support landscape installation efforts by preparing sites, laying hardscape features, and installing irrigation systems
• Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and snow plowing during winter months
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition through proper cleaning and basic repairs
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools
• Experience with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant selection and tree care practices
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, trimming, and installation tasks
• Familiarity with excavation equipment like mini-excavators for site preparation
• Strong understanding of hardscape installation such as patios or walkways
• Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter seasons
• Good physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and construction

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
